Heathlands Care Academy
for People Who Want to Work
in Social Care

Heathlands Care Academy

Heathlands Care Academy offers people of any age the opportunity to gain 6-months’ voluntary experience
of work in social care and achieve the Care Certificate including accredited certificates in Moving and
Handling, First Aid and Food Hygiene.
We’re very proud of our successful ‘graduates’ who’ve moved on to careers in social care across Cumbria
and Lancashire.
Take a look at our Opportunities page to see the range of activities you could be
supporting members with.
Please complete the Contact Us form to arrange a visit and chat about Heathlands Care
Academy.
