Film & Animation

​Writing, acting, directing, shooting, editing and animating in our film and animation sessions.

From original scripts written by our members such as “The Super Best Friends” and “Camping with Wolves” to working on social community projects such as “Hate Crime Awareness educational videos” which have been used to educate school children in the Cumbria area. Our film and animation groups are a great way to express you creative side and gain confidence in front of a camera and social confidence.

Whether you are working on your own project or on part of something bigger you will always feel a valued part of the team, and get your creative say on how we move forward with the project.

Our film and animation groups work with professional grade software and hardware, which our members are encouraged to learn and operate. All creative ideas are explored and can be brought to fruition through the many mediums available to us such as green screening, animation, shadow puppetry, claymation, stop motion, Point of view filming, interviewing, live reporting and so on.

Inclusion is important and even the smallest ideas can make a big difference to our film and animation projects, some of the biggest ideas come from the smallest voices.
